We've just launched two new 80% bars - a pure Criollo varietal bar made with Mexican cacao for the adventurous among you and an Ecuadorian bar which is incredibly sweet for an 80% bar with a classic dark chocolate profile.
We've also just launched a new 100% bar, made using Maya Mountain cacao from Belize. This bar is the purest possible expression of dark chocolate. Huge intensity without the harshness.
All 80% bars are made from just cacao & sugar (the 100% bars are made with just cacao), and contain no processing ingredients such as cocoa butter or soya lecithin.
