Refund policy

Food items - we offer returns within 28 days for defective products

For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns/offer refunds on food items if you simply change your mind and want to cancel after ordering. 

We do, however, accept returns on food items within 28 days for what would be called defective products, which would mean issues such as improperly packaged food, out of date food, wrong item sent. In this instance we'd ship a replacement as soon as possible or refund you within 7 days if you prefer.

Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for chocolate melting or breakages during transit (as we use third party companies for transport), but we put a lot of time and effort to pack our bars carefully to minimise the risk of such incidents occurring (for example, we may delay shipping an order to you in very warm weather if there is a high risk of your chocolate melting during transit).

Non-food items eg merchandise - we offer returns or exchanges within 28 days for defective or non-defective products

We also accept exchanges or refunds on merchandise such as T shirts, if, the size doesn't work for you for example. Return to us would be at your cost, but we'll re-ship a replacement to you for free or refund you within 7 days if you prefer.

If you have any issues when you receive your order, please let us know within 24 hours so that we can look into it and try to make it right.  We may ask you for photos of the products and packaging, so please send us some photos to help us understand the issue fully (these can also help us recover the cost of damages from the courier).
