80% Sierra Leone Village Hope 50g Bar

This origin is deep; feels like sipping a single malt in a late night bar. We taste caramel, malt and vanilla. Crazy-low bitterness for an 80% bar made without vanilla (mass-made 80% bars often add vanilla).  More intense than our 80% Uganda, but still not harsh in any way.

2 INGREDIENTS: Sierra Leonean cacao, sugar.

SINGLE ORIGIN CACAO: ethically sourced from the Village Hope Social Enterprise, in the Kailahun region of Sierra Leone.
