Starting with the sweetest here, the 80% Ecuador, you'll be surprised by just how sweet an 80% bar can be when it's made with light-roasted cacao. The 80% Uganda presents with a naturally fruity orange note and the 80% Mexican Almendra Blanca bar is made from Pure Criollo cacao and is incredibly light and complex for such a dark bar. Finally, we have our flagship 100% Belizean bar, made with just one ingredient - cacao. Containing no added sugar, this bar will change your perceptions of 100% chocolate for the better. Have fun tasting!

Flight includes a Tasting Scorecard with guide to Bean to Bar chocolate, and some tips on how to taste to fully appreciate the differences in cacao from different regions.

Bars in the Super Dark Flight are 80-100% and made with just specialty cacao and sugar, so contain no added fat like palm oil or cocoa butter, no cocoa powder and no vanilla.
