Our 70% Classic Collection majors on the traditional, more familiar end of the cacao spectrum with deep rather than fruity notes. Ultra-low bitterness for dark chocolate (thank the lack of cocoa butter for that) and each has a subtly different personality and flavour profile.
All bars are 70% and made with just specialty cacao and sugar, so contain no cocoa butter, no cocoa powder and no vanilla.
