Our 70% Asia Collection with 4 bars goes deep & fruity. We’ve found Asian origins all present very low bitterness with strong molasses notes. This syrupy nature creates chocolate with a full body. Natural levels of fruity notes vary by origin from subtle (Vietnam) through to bold (Indonesia). Brimming with character, and very immersive.

All bars are 70% and made with just specialty cacao and sugar, so contain no cocoa butter, no cocoa powder and no vanilla.
