Our Dark Flight has 4 bars from the 3 primary cacao growing regions in the world. We have a naturally sweet & fruity bar from Africa, deeper and subtly bitter bars from the Americas, and a deep & fruity bars from Asia. 

Flight includes a Tasting Scorecard with guide to Bean to Bar chocolate, and some tips on how to taste to fully appreciate the differences in cacao from different regions.

All bars in the Dark Flight are 70% and made with just specialty cacao and sugar, so contain no added fat like palm oil or cocoa butter, no cocoa powder and no vanilla.
