New Vietnamese Drinking Chocolate

We've had some great feedback from the new Vietnamese Drinking Chocolate in the cafe over the last few weeks, so the first production batch came out of the grinders today.

If you haven't tried it yet, the idea behind it is to create a sweet, toffee-like hot chocolate that still hits our self-imposed minimum cacao percentage of 70%.

Most craft chocolate maker produce milk/ vegan milk and flavoured bars alongside their dark bars, but we're sticking to what we set out to do - to become the specialist in all things dark.

We're nudging closer to our aim every few months; we've steadily built our portfolio of origins over the last few years to the point where (don't quote us on this but) we'll soon have the biggest range of single origin dark chocolate on earth.

Anyway . . . if you thought 70% dark was too dark for you, there's a Vietnam Drinking Chocolate with your name on it.

We're serving it at the factory cafe this Saturday (9-12 as per usual, alongside all the good stuff), and now also on the website for home delivery and for our gorgeous, lovely, wholesale partners.
