Sourced from Revival Cacao in Mexico, this cacao is washed after picking rather than fermenting, which preserves its wonderfully high levels of flavonoids. This very special cacao brings well documented health benefits (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and cardiovascular protective properties) an intense chocolate flavour and, from first experience, a serious buzz . . . .(thank the high natural levels of theobromine for that).
