70% Americas Collection (4 bars)

Our 70% Americas Collection with 4 very different bars from Central and South America, a region which serves up varying amounts of natural fruit with a subtle level of bitterness. First up we have two naturally fruity bars from Brazil and Peru followed by a deeper bar from Honduras (which still presents some fruit in the form of raisin). Finally, the deepest, darkest of all, a washed cacao bar made with Mexican cacao with no fruit notes, just with a deliciously classic dark chocolate feel and proudly bittersweet.

All bars are 70% and made with just specialty cacao and sugar, so contain no cocoa butter, no cocoa powder and no vanilla.
