















70% Africa Collection (4 bars)
Our 70% Africa Collection brings a journey through African cacao, with three origins from East Africa and one from West Africa. Cacao from Eastern Africa generally makes for boldly fruit-forward, light bodied and sweet bars, with a pop of natural acidity. (Think light-roasted, fruity washed coffee and you’ll get the idea). In contrast, Western Africa, represented here by Sierra Leone, makes for a less fruity, more classic but nevertheless still naturally sweet bar. They're all delicious either way, and are a great showcase for specialty cacao and how diverse its flavour can be from "traditional" chocolate.
All bars are 70% and made with just specialty cacao and sugar, so contain no cocoa butter, no cocoa powder and no vanilla.
